IT WON’T COME as a surprise to any of our readers when we say that Sean O’Brien enjoys lifting heavy items and lifting them often.
While filming for Lucozade Sport along with Ireland team-mates Conor Murray and Cian Healy, O’Brien horsed into a bench-pressing session with a gas cylinder, which he made look like a bag of cushions.
The weight of these cylinders varies but anyone who’s ever worked in their local supermarket knows that they’re bloody heavy.
