– Highlights from the awesome triple threat match from Stomping Grounds was shown, with Drew Gulak finally winning the Cruiserweight Championship.

– Jack Gallagher def. Mike Kanellis

– Kanellis freaks out after the match and refuses to go to the back with Maria. He yells that he’s “done” and leaves through the crowd, as his wife looks very confused about what’s going on.

– Tony Nese refuses to make excuses for losing at Stomping Grounds. The bottom line is he lost the title, but from this point on he’s taking back control of his own future. That starts with facing his good friend Akira Tozawa tonight, the man he originally beat for the title.

– Drake Maverick leaves a voicemail for Mike Kanellis who refuses to answer his phone. He says Kanellis shouldn’t continue blaming him for his innability to win and his problems, and he’s being unprofessional.

– Humberto Carrillo def. Rob Rollenbeck

– Ariya Daivari is asked about attacking Oney Lorcan last week, and basically called it revenge for the six staples he had to have that ended up costing him a title match. Daivari claims that he’s actually tough, and Oney is not, just as Oney comes out of nowhere and attacks him with a steel chair.

– Tony Nese def. Akira Tozawa

– An exhausted Nese offered his hand to his friend after the match. Tozawa thought about it, shook his hand and the two hugged it out to end the show.

– Tony Nese vs. Drew Gulak for the Cruiserweight Championship has been made official for WWE Extreme Rules in July.
