According to PWInsider.com, WWE Hall of Famer Tammy Sytch will appear in court on Thursday, at 9am in Carbon County, PA for a hearing regarding the State of Pennsylvania’s request to revoke her parole.
Sytch has been incarcerated in a Carbon County Correctional Facility since February of this year after being arrested for failing to appear in court for two DUI arrests in New Jersey earlier this year.
Sytch’s hearing on the parole revocation request has been delayed several times, with the most recent delay taking place in May, due to the process of extraditing Sytch from a Monmouth County Correctional Facility in New Jersey to Pennsylvania. Sytch was extradited to PA as a result of three separate DUI charges issued to her back in 2015.
Following her arrest earlier this year in New Jersey, Sytch was being processed for multiple charges of Contempt, Disobedience and Resistance in New Jersey, when local authorities learned that she was actually a fugitive from justice as a motion had been filed in Pennsylvania in August of last year requesting that Sytch’s parole February 2017 parole be revoked.
