Brides and grooms who plan to host over 230 guests need not worry; Vue Events gives you the opportunity to occupy the entire floorspace of Level 55, which can host up to 500 people. Not only will you be able to use all three rooms, guests will also have access to the sleek Lui Bar and the renowned Vue de monde, a modern Australian fine dining experience created by celebrity chef Shannon Bennett.
Inspired by the luxury that has made Vue de monde a culinary household name, the venue’s lunch and dinner menus, available as either a set or degustation, are centred on fresh, seasonal produce.
