L’Équipe report this evening that Milan Škriniar’s arrival at Paris Saint-Germain is looking increasingly complicated as Inter remain firm in their demands for the Slovakian international defender.

As reported by Get French Football News, the centre-back was one of three players the Ligue 1 champions had agreed personal terms in principle with last month, along with Gianluca Scamacca and Renato Sanches, but neither one appear to be any closer to joining the club as it stands.
The 27-year-old, who is under contract with the Nerazzurri until the end of this coming season, has been identified as the club’s priority defensive signing, with the defender being considered ideal for Christophe Galtier’s potential 3-4-1-2 set-up.
Talks were opened several weeks ago, with PSG offering a €55m fee. Despite the capital club potentially including players in the deal – namely Julian Draxler or Arnaud Kalimuendo – the Serie A side are adamant in their demand for a €70m fee, so as to improve their Financial Fair Play standing and to fund a replacement signing.
Inter CEO Giuseppe Marotta also told the club’s ultras in a meeting last week that Škriniar would not be sold. Talks are underway for an extension until 2027. PSG are maintaining hope that they can get a deal across the line, but Inter are unlikely to budge for the time being.
