The former MI6 agent who wrote the infamous Trump dossier has supplied intelligence on Russian infiltration of Britain to an official report being ‘sat on’ by Downing Street.
Christopher Steele, who ran MI6’s Russia desk, submitted a confidential memo on how to counter Kremlin meddling and attacks to parliament’s Intelligence and Security Committee (ISC), the Telegraph can disclose.
