All Elite Wrestling has announced that two of the best emerging women’s wrestlers in the world will face off one-on-one on August 31 at ALL OUT.
Both Riho and Hikaru Shida made their debut with AEW at Double or Nothing this May, and were on the same side of a winning six-woman tag team match against Emi Sakura, Yuka Sakazaki and the legendary Aja Kong.
22-year-old Riho then continued to further establish herself in the U.S. by picking up another solid victory at Fyter Fest in June, in a triple threat match over Nyla Rose and, once again, Yuka Sakazaki.
Meanwhile, Hikaru Shida returned to Japan picking up strong victories for promotions like Sendai Girls, WAVE, OZ Academy and even Gatoh Move in Thailand.
As announced earlier by @AEWonTNT @riho_gtmv will face @shidahikaru LIVE on PAY PER VIEW at #AEWAllOut Sat, August 31st from the @Sears_Centre in Chicago, IL pic.twitter.com/JT2TXr4Mcl
