Premier League duo Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City are the two sides that submitted formal bids to Lyon for Tanguy N’Dombélé this summer, according to RMC.
The Citizens’ offer was €50m, with Spurs’ proposal lower than that amount. Both were rejected out of hand by OL, who have recently signed the player to a new contract.
