The player has been offered to Marseille and AS Monaco, which appear to be his preferred destinations in France, but it is Les Gones who have concretely positioned themselves, making initial contacts. Neither of the other two Ligue 1 sides have moved for the Belgian as of yet.

Manchester United are looking to offload the former Sunderland loanee and are hoping to get up to €15m for his services. Januzaj’s representatives have made it clear that they are happy for a buy-back clause to be inserted in any summer deal for Manchester United, if that is going to make the Red Devils a little more eager to accept lower bids than their current asking price, according to Het Nieuwsblad.

Several Italian outfits have also made enquiries, while the player is said to have rejected an approach from Real Sociedad.
