Premier League side Liverpool are this morning still waiting to hear back from AS Monaco following their latest offer of €80m plus the loan of Divock Origi.
According to a journalist at the Nice-Matin last night, the Principality side had decided not to respond to the proposal.
It is our understanding that this is likely to be a negotiating tactic from Monaco. The Principality side did the same thing with Arsenal, who made three offers, and Les Monegasques only actually formally responded to the first proposal from the London side.

As GFFN reported on Monday morning, AS Monaco would be prepared to negotiate at €100m.
Monaco are searching for another attacking player before the window closes, which could facilitate Lemar’s departure.
More undoubtedly to follow in the coming hours.
