Hot transfer news from Poland

Volleyball teams in Poland are announcing first new arrivals. Antonin Rouzier, Lukas Tichacek, Tomaso Totolo – they are coming to PlusLiga from the next season.

 

 

 

The first news appeard a few days after finishing PlusLiga. Tomaso Totolo is coming back to Poland! Where? This time he will became the head coach of AZS Olsztyn – he will replace George Cretu. Olsztyn had quite poor season behind, but the residents have some big plans. Totolo has some experience in polish league – he has been working with Jastrzebski Wegiel and he always shows his sentiment to Poland. Now he is arriving to Olsztyn. Moreover, he managed to encourage Igor Yudin to join AZS team. Yudin and Totolo know each other from Jastrzebie.

Furthermore, Resovia Rzeszow also made some changes. Ryan Millar, Matej Cernić, Ivan Ilić and Michal Baranowicz said goodbye to this club. Instead of these players, Resovia hired… Lucas Tichacek! Czech setter who is expected to prove the quality of Asseco’s game. In addition, Rzeszow has contracted Piotr Nowakowski (middle blocker) and Maciej Dobrowolski (setter).

Zaksa Kedzierzyn has changed their main spiker. Jakub Jarosz will be replaced by… Antonin Rouzier! The French attacker, had great season – his ex team (Stade Poitevin) won French league and Rouzier was the one of the most shining stars. Now he is moving to Kedzierzyn-Kozle for at least one year.
