Farmers from across the country are marching towards the Parliament demanding that government takes note of agrarian crisis that has killed scores of farmers in the recent years.

This is the third farmers’ rally in three months in New Delhi. Among the demands voiced by farmers, one is increasing the minimum selling price, so that they get a good price for their crop.
As many as 30,000 people representing about 200 farmer organisations reached the protest ground – Ramlila Maidan.
