According to local media outlet Le Phocéen, not exactly well known for being fantastically accurate, Premier League side Liverpool have “intensified talks” for the transfer of Marseille goalkeeper Steve Mandanda in recent hours.
The transfer, according to the report, would occur next month as LFC look to find someone to compete with Simon Mignolet for the top spot.
