About | Time’s Up movement
The Grammys white flower movement was started by two female music industry executives Meg Harkins and Karen Rait.
They chose the white rose partly because of the association of the colour with the suffragette movement.

The music industry has not faced the same recent wave of sexual misconduct scandals as Hollywood and the political world, although some well known figures have been accused.

Time’s Up was founded on Jan 1 by Hollywood celebrities in response to the Harvey Weinstein scandal, and has already raised $15 million.
