Fan Enters Ring at NXT Show, Jinder Update, Stan Lee/Bullet Club

Last night’s NXT live event in Tampa, Florida looked like it was going to be a fun show packed with action. However, a fan unexpectedly entered the ring during a six-man tag team match between The Undisputed Era (Adam Cole, Bobby Fish and Kyle O’Reilly) and Kassius Ohno & Heavy Machinery. Upon jumping the barricade and storming into the ring, the fan was promptly kicked in the face by Kyle O’Reilly. The fan was then thrown out of the ring and carried to the back by security. Fans entering the ring have definitely happened before, but it is still frowned upon in the business. Some tweets posted below show and detail the events of last night’s incident.

Crazy fan ran into the ring and @KORcombat straight kicked that dude in the face and then threw him out of the ring. #NXTTampa.

Jinder Mahal shocked the world by winning the WWE Championship from Randy Orton at Backlash earlier this year. Perhaps what’s even more surprising is that he still holds the title and has a reign lasting over 100 days as champion. He will face Shinsuke Nakamura with his title on the line at Hell in a Cell, however, it appears that a title chance may not be taking place at the show. Bryan Alvarez noted that WWE has a tour in India coming up, and the company likely wants to have Jinder arrive to the country as champion. Furthermore, Alvarez revealed that WWE actually has plans to keep the title on “The Maharaja” until Wrestlemania 34. This likely will not chance unless Vince McMahon decides to change plans.
The Bullet Club continues to pickup more mainstream success every single day. The faction is extremely popular on the independent circuit, and the members of the group are also making a fortune off of their merchandise deal with Hot Topic. Even Marvel’s former editor-in-chief Stan Lee is hyping up the group. Lee posted a message on Twitter today promoting a panel featuring the members of the Bullet Club that is set to take place on October 29th at Stan Lee’s Comic Convention in Los Angeles. At 94-years-old, Lee likely won’t be dishing out any superkicks, but it is possible that he could make one of his famous cameos during the presentation..
