New Japan announced Sunday the full line-up for the “Super J Cup” final show on August 21 in Tokyo.
Included will be the finals of the Jr. Hvt. tournament, plus two big title matches.
From New Japan, the Young Bucks will defend the IWGP Jr. Hvt. Tag Titles against Motor City Machineguns (Chris Sabin & Alex Shelley).
From Pro Wrestling NOAH, Daisuke Harada & Atsushi Kotoge will defend the GHC Jr. Hvt. Tag Titles against ROH wrestler A.C.H. & Taiji Ishimori, who won NOAH’s Tag League tournament on Saturday.
NOAH’s title match is slotted ninth, New Japan’s is tenth, and the finals of the tournament is the eleventh match on the card.
Included in the second round of the tournament (Match #5) is Will Ospreay vs. Matt Sydal. Also in the quarterfinals are Jushin Liger, IWGP Jr. Hvt. champion KUSHIDA, and more stars.
