Speaking in an exclusive interview with L’Équipe this morning, the mother of deceased footballer Emiliano Sala appeared to put pressure on Cardiff City regarding their payment dispute with FC Nantes.
“It would have been different if he had not really signed. But once you have an agreement with someone… He signed in front of the media, in front of everyone. So, they, they must pay. Of course, they are also doing an investigation into the accident and how it happened. That seems logical to me. But they must honour their word. The signature cannot be wiped away.”
