Diamond merchant Nirav Modi has been under severe scrutiny and probing from the authorities as well as the media. Agencies are probing the alleged USD 2-billion PNB fraud and have detected that the absconding diamantaire possessed at least half-a-dozen Indian passports and a fresh FIR is being mulled against him for this offence, officials said today.
