Johnny Gargano recently tweeted out that he has a feeling that 2018 is going to be a pretty cool year. As we all know by now, Johnny Gargano is the number one contender to the NXT Title and he will receive his title shot at the Upcoming NXT: TakeOver Philly PPV. That could mean that he feels pretty confident that he could perhaps be the next NXT Champion.
Johnny Gargano also received a tweet from his former tag team partner Tommaso Ciampa greeting him a Happy New Year. At NXT TakeOver: Chicago, Ciampa turned on Gargano and has been out of action ever since due to a torn ACL. Although no timetable has been set, Ciampa is expected to be back around mid of 2018.
