Former ROH wrestler Taeler Hendrix took to Twitter yesterday and began ripping on ROH World Champion Jay Lethal yesterday. A twitter user came to Lethal’s defense and Hendrix responded by saying she is longer in ROH because Lethal sabotaged her career by ROH because she would not sleep with him. Hendrix’s tweet can be seen below:

also the dude your standing up for is the same dude that told me because I didn't sleep with him they sabotaged me and took me off TV. that being the all mighty Jay.

Hendrix later issued her official statement on the matter on Twitter:

I know this is going to be on wrestling sites. My name is Taeler & this is my statement: attorneys on my behalf have an ongoing investigation. I know I'm not the only one & ppl that have known of this investigation have been supportive. I'll continue to fight for what's right.✌

Hendrix was Lethal’s valet and part of the House of Truth along with Truth Martini during Lethal’s first run as ROH World Champion when he also held the ROH World TV Title as a double champion. She wrestled and appeared as a valet for ROH from 2015-2017.

PWTorch reached out to ROH and Jay Lethal for statements about Hendrix’s claims.

ROH issued the following statement to PWTorch about Hendrix’s claims that she was pulled from ROH TV because she would not sleep with Lethal:

We were troubled to hear the allegations that surfaced last night on Twitter. We take these matters very seriously and will be investigating this situation thoroughly, reviewing all evidence related to the matter. Ring of Honor strives to provide an environment and workplace where male and female wrestlers are free from any misconduct or abuse. We will take appropriate action upon the conclusion of our findings.

As of this writing, Jay Lethal has not responded to our email, but if he does, we will update this story.
