Lyon have rejected a fourth offer from Serie A side Napoli worth €26m, according to RMC.
Napoli have been very much after Tolisso, offering €18m, €21m and then €23m, before the most recent aforementioned bid was made.
Neither Lyon President Jean Michel Aulas nor Bruno Génésio have an interest in selling the player during this summer transfer window.
