The two remaining South African sides travel north this week after securing home victories in the round-of-16.
Stormers delayed
The Stormers defeated Harlequins 32-28 in Cape Town on Saturday, while Exeter Chiefs scored more tries than Montpellier in a 33-all extra-time draw to progress.
John Dobson’s side now makes the trip out to Exeter from Cape Town, and according to reports in South Africa, the Stormers have already been delayed.
It is understood that the United Rugby Championship holders wanted to arrive in Exeter by Tuesday morning to settle in before the quarter-final.
However, News 24 reports that they had not left Cape Town by Tuesday morning because of a logistical issue with their flight, delaying them by a day.
The Stormers are set to make several stops en route to Exeter, and their ETA has yet to be disclosed.
The Sharks’ 24-hour trip
After defeating Munster 50-35 in Durban, Sharks captain Siya Kolisi hoped that the Bulls would beat Toulouse to secure a home quarter-final for the Durbanites.

However, that was not to be, as the Bulls lost 33-9 to Ugo Mola’s side.
While Kolisi was being patriotic, the journey to Toulouse certainly played a role in his support for the Bulls as forwards coach Yannick Bru revealed their travel details to the Entre les potos podcast.
The Sharks departed Durban on Tuesday morning to make the short flight to Johannesburg.
From there, the squad would be split into two groups and travel economy class to save costs.
One group will travel via Frankfurt to Toulouse, while the other goes via Paris.
Both routes are set to take 24 hours to complete, with the squad reconvening in Toulouse on Wednesday morning ahead of Saturday’s clash.
