Ligue 2 side ESTAC Troyes have announced the appointment of Simon Cliff as Director General, following the club’s acquisition by the City Football Group.
Cliff is the former General Counsel of Manchester City, the crown jewel of the CFG organisation.
The 44-year-old arrived in France on Sunday, meeting with club employees, players and staff on Monday.
Cliff has also met with François Baroin, the Mayor of Troyes.
