WWE UK Star Injured, PROGRESS Makes Last Minute Event Change, James R. Kennedy Reflects On Commentary Debut

PROGRESS Wrestling is currently putting on its latest show, Chapter 61: Don’t Touch Me, in Birmingham, England. However, the company has announced a last minute change to the match card.

Due to an injury to WWE UK competitor, Mark Andrews, he has been forced to withdraw from the event and PROGRESS has managed to find a replacement at the last minute.

Instead of Andrews, Drew Parker will now be performing at the show taking on Chris Ridgeway.

After the injury to @MandrewsJunior ruled him out of competition, we had to find someone to push @chrisXriddy to the limit. The urchin prince, @drewparker_97 answered the call.#Chapter61 pic.twitter.com/BzI4gD9Ouo

James R.Kennedy Reflects On Commentary Debut

During 2017, James R.Kennedy transitioned into a new role with Defiant Wrestling, moving from a manager position to a commentator for the show and he has been reflecting on that today on Twitter.

2017 was the year I finally got to do some wrestling commentary, and I’d like to think I smashed it. Not naive enough to believe I did it alone though, so thanks to those involved. 2018 will be even better. šŸ‘ŒšŸ’°
