The activity of Netflix and chill can only hold one’s attention span for so long. We have to find sufficient time; order in appropriate takeaways; maintain enough alertness to binge watch an entire season in one go and settle on a film or television series that is agreeable with whoever we’re watching. Enter podcasts: the obvious alternative for our time-poor schedules, podcasts are the easy, non-committal answers to consuming great content in our spare time or on our commutes, without necessarily clocking additional hours sitting in front of a screen.
From Gwenyth Paltrow’s brainchild Goop—Paltrow and chief content officer Elise Loehnen sit down with change makers and tastemakers with bi-weekly episodes—to The Wing’s —where in-house historian Alexis Coe details the stories of trailblazing women throughout history—countless podcasts with inspirational takeaways and expert know-how are readily available to us. If these don’t appeal, regularly explores a gamut of politics, popular culture and style, while feature innovative thinkers and disruptors across every field that are implementing new ideas, changing the game and rewriting our future.
